bundle 计价段 → kernel 价格簿注入行(可喂 refreshPricing,供本地成本估算 / 预算闸门)。 币种走白名单(USD / CNY),其余币种如实跳过(不猜币种不误标);DECIMAL 串 → 数值,必要价 NaN 整条丢弃; 缓存读价 > 0 才落 cachedInputPerMillion,缓存写价 > 0 才落 cacheWriteInputPerMillion。 键 = (tansr, handle),与平台计量事件的 provider / model 同口径。
