function createNarrator(source, options): Narrator;

挂一个叙述器到事件源(AgentSession 或任意 KernelEvent 异步流):逐事件按详细度产出英文日志行 交给 onLine;内部借 reducer 投影做上下文,自身无 IO。用完 dispose() 停泵。
