咨询通报:turn.error{recoverable:true} 的归约形——kernel 的 咨询帧(压缩熔断暂停 / sdk.notice 弃用提示 / sdk.persistence 落卷失败 / serve store_commit_failed …) 不是失败,归 notices 而不污染 lastError。字段恒自 wire 派生,不发明词:

  • seq / at = 事件包络 seq / ts;
  • code = errorKind,errorKind 缺席回落 scope;
  • detail = turn.error.detail 透传(首个取值套餐配额 { scope: 'plan' });缺席即键缺席。
